Americana Community Center partners with other organizations in the community to further our mission of developing healthy, whole, successful individuals & families and true community.
Our mission is to provide residents of Louisville and Jefferson County access to high quality primary and preventive health care services without regard to the ability to pay. We recognize the important role that culture plays in our health and have developed the Americana Clinic as an extension of our mission, as we strive to provide for the diverse health care needs of Louisville’s immigrants and refugees.
We accept insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Passport. If you do not have insurance, payment will be based on income and family size to make services affordable. We provide our patients with interpreters for each appointment by phone or in-person . Please let the receptionist know your primary language when scheduling your appointment.
We are located behnd Americana Community Center, near the soccer field and parking lot exit, at 4805 Southside Drive, Louisville, KY 40214.
