Support our Creative Arts Program during February!

During the month of February, Americana is participating in the Fund for the Arts’ matching campaign that will support the Creative Arts Program – an incredibly important piece of Americana’s holistic programming. All donations up to $5,000 will be matched, so please consider giving what you can and make twice the impact! Give today at

The Creative Arts Program benefits youth through opportunities for the development of a healthy multi-cultural identity, for self-expression, for exploring interests and talents, and for therapeutic practices, especially in response to increased bullying and harassment that our youth have faced recently.

This year-round program has helped youth who are shy or closed off come out of their shell in art classes and students have attended special arts programs – including the Youth Performing Arts School – for arts they first explored at Americana. The youth in our programs succeed academically as well: 100% of high school seniors graduated and enrolled in college for the fourth consecutive year and youth had an average school attendance rate of almost 98% last year.

Your support will expand creative arts opportunities for more than 250 refugee, immigrant, and underserved children at Americana and will help them realize their individual potential.
